How do I start my training?

CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR INFORMATION ON STARTING YOUR TRAINING

Training passwords are activated between 8 am and 9 pm - PACIFIC STANDARD TIME, 7 days a week.

If you register between 9 pm and 8 am (during the night), your user name and password will be activated first thing the next day. In which case, you will receive the email to start your training by 8:30 the next morning.

Payment

Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment must be received before your online learning account is set up. Once your account is set up, we will email your log in name and password to you so that you can begin your training.

User Name and Passwords

Depending on the volume of registrations, it may be up to an hour after registration and payment for your user name and password to be activated.

However, in most cases it is activated within 10 minutes.

Training passwords are activated between 8 am and 9 pm (Pacific Standard Time), 7 days a week.

If you do not receive the email from us within 60 minutes after registering, contact us immediately. Emails sometimes get lost in cyberspace and we may not realize that you did not receive the log-in email.

How User Names and Passwords are Assigned

Your user name will be the initial of your first name and your last name (unless that username is already in use):

example: gskinner

Your password will be the last four digits of your contact phone number:

example: 1923

PLEASE NOTE: The username and password shown above are provided as an example and will not work for you to access your training. 

You will receive an email from us that has your log-in information approximately 30 minutes after registration.
