Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment must be received before your online learning account is set up. The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Check or money order
  • Credit card or debit card
  • PayPal Account
  • Invoice Account
  • DSHS or DVR Vouchers
  • Purchase Orders

 

 

Our trainers are experienced Washington state child care professionals, and we are here to provide you with the best student support available online!

 

Check, Money Orders, Purchase Orders, and Vouchers

 

Call us, or click on the Live Student Support button on the bottom right side of the web page. We will provide you with a coupon code that will allow you to enroll without processing an online payment.

 Check and money orders should be made out to SUCCESSFUL SOLUTIONS and mailed to the address below:

  • Burley, WA 98322-0727

When mailing a check, include a note with the students name, email address and the course title.

Access to the training will not be provided until payment is received unless prior payment arrangements have been made with Successful Solutions.

 

 

Invoice Account

In order to receive access to the course, there must be a current account in good standing.

If you would like to establish an account with us, call (360) 602-0960. We will provide you with a coupon code for your staff that will allow you to enroll without processing an online payment. The company will be invoiced for the tuition fees.

If you have indicated an account name that we do not have in our files or if the account is not in good standing, access to the training will not be provided until payment is received.

 

 

Vouchers

If a W-9 is required for processing the voucher, please contact us at (360) 602-0960 prior to registration. Vouchers should be mailed to the address below:
