Child care professionals, parents, and those interested in the care and development of children are
eligible to participate in Successful Solutions online In-Service trainings. We are a Washington STARS
approved training organization, and all of our courses earn Washington STARS credit.
The In-Service online training is a fully automated training system brought to you in partnership with
Smart Horizons. These courses also meet the yearly training requirements for many other states.

In addition, the In-Service courses below will meet the yearly professional development requirements
for states that do not have a system of specifically pre-approving trainings toward the required hours
of professional development that you need each year. In-Service courses can be applied toward the
training requirements for the CDA (Child Development Associate Credential) or the CDA Renewal.

| A center director and program supervisor must have five of the ten hours in program management and administration for the first two years in their respective positions. Each additional year, three of the ten hours required must be in program management and administration. Choose the individual administration STARS credits according to your requirements. |
